Gary Costanzo resigned as executive vice president/administration and secretary of AME Inc., a Burbank provider of videotape post-production services for the movie and television industries.

AME said Costanzo quit to pursue other interests, and most of his responsibilities will shift to Martin Katz, AME’s chief financial officer, who also will replace Costanzo on the company’s board of directors.
