“Comic Relief ‘88,†the third annual live comedy benefit for the homeless, will be presented on Home Box Office on Nov. 20 from the Beacon Theater in New York. More than $4.7 million for health care and related services for the homeless was raised during the first two years of “Comic Relief.†Performers for this year’s event will be announced later.
