Slashman Freddy Krueger won’t be stalking Swedish movie houses. The Swedish government banned “Nightmare on Elm Street 3--The Dream Warriors� from opening in the country, calling the horror flick “harmful and an incitement to violence.� A prohibition against public screenings of “Nightmare� took effect last July after the film opened. But “Nightmare’s� Swedish distributor, Succe Film, is still trying to get the movie readmitted to theaters through extensive editing. If that fails, a spokesman said, the company will try to distribute it on video.
