Construction Starts on Business Center

Construction has started on the $2.7-million La Cadena Business Park, a 2-story office and R & D structure at 23022 La Cadena Drive, Laguna Hills.
The 26,400-square-foot building will provide up to 14 individual units, with warehouse, assembly and other convenience areas. Developer of the project is Ferguson Partners of Irvine.
