The FBI said it has pulled three of its four agents aiding the investigation of an alleged sexual attack against a black teen-ager by six white men because she has refused to help with the case. Advisers to the family of 16-year-old Tawana Brawley of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., condemned the decision as “unprecedented’ and “dangerous,†and said they would block any attempts to issue a subpoena to the 1952802158rights violations against Brawley have been reassigned to other priority investigations after all logical leads were pursued, the FBI said.
