Responsibility for Marine’s Death

I am outraged regarding the tragic killing of Staff Sgt. Richard W. Bottjer.
Deputy Dist. Atty. Melvin Jensen stated that the fighting was a “fair fight.” What is this--the Wild, Wild West, where a fight with hands has replaced a standoff gun draw? Someone who chooses to engage in a fight must take the responsibility for the consequences of his actions, and if that involves killing someone, then justice must be dealt.
