Vengeful Murderer Seized After Escaping in W. Va.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — An escaped murderer who had vowed revenge on the people who helped imprison him was recaptured Thursday, 11 days after he and two other inmates fled the West Virginia State Penitentiary. Robert Dean Stacy, 35, was arrested at the apartment of a friend, where he was hiding in a closet, the FBI said.
