William W. Steele, 51, has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of American Building Maintenance Industries, San Francisco. Steel previously was president of the firm’s janitorial services group.
Jack Egan, 52, chairman of ABM’s janitorial services group, will assume the additional position of president of the group.
