Timothy Dalton apparently passed muster as Agent 007--he’ll return as James Bond in “License Revoked,†set to start filming in Mexico City in mid-July, United Artists announced this week. No word yet on whether the Welsh-born Shakespearean-trained actor will again do many of his own stunts, as he did in “The Living Daylights.â€
