Temple City : Downtown Skateboard Ban
The City Council has voted to ban skateboards in commercial areas because of the danger to pedestrians.
Skateboards may not be ridden or left on sidewalks in the city’s shopping areas but will still be permitted in residential areas. Violators may have their skateboards confiscated and may be required to attend bicycle safety court with a parent.
