Coca-Cola Co.’s profit rose 13.5% to $211 million in the first quarter, reflecting a surge in its worldwide soft-drink sales and gains from the dollar’s steep decline. Revenue rose to $1.87 billion from $1.55 billion in the 1987 first quarter.
