Kaiser Steel Corp. and the United Steelworkers of America jointly proposed a detailed financial analysis of Kaiser’s reorganization. The analysis, filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver, gives the specifics for a previously filed reorganization plan that includes developing Kaiser’s former steel mill in Fontana as an industrial park and creating a municipal solid waste landfill at Kaiser’s Eagle Mountain iron ore mine in Riverside County. Kaiser, which filed for Chapter 11 protection from creditors in February, 1987, will change its name to Kaiser Holdings under the plan.
