Ebasco Constructors, a subsidiary of Ebasco Services in Santa Ana, has signed contracts valued at $80 million with Energy Factors for the construction of three combined cycle gas turbine cogeneration facilities. Ebasco will provide the engineering, procurement and construction of cogeneration facilities at three U.S. Navy locations in San Diego. The steam generated will be delivered to the Navy for on-site use in space heating, industrial processes and shore supply to warships in port.
