“The Woman He Loved,” airing Sunday 9-11 p.m. on CBS, finds Jane Seymour and Anthony Andrews starring in a new telling of the story about the royal romance between American divorcee Wallis Simpson and England’s future King Edward VIII.

Executive producer Larry A. Thompson says this production approaches the romance from Mrs. Simpson’s point of view.

Olivia de Havilland, Julie Harris and Lucy Gutteridge are also in the cast.
