Police are searching for a mentally disabled 18-year-old La Mirada man who disappeared Sunday after an outing at Sunset Beach in Orange County.
Johnny Wolsiffer has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old, his mother said, and also suffers from epileptic seizures if not given medication twice a day.
Wolsiffer was last seen on the beach at 7th Street and Pacific Avenue wearing turquoise swimming trunks. He is 5-feet-11, with chestnut hair, and his speech is sometimes slurred. His mother said he enjoys being around children and likes to walk and flip a stick in his hands.
