Salah M. Hassanein has been named president of the newly formed Warner Bros. International Theaters Co., which is expected to seek, construct and operate motion picture theaters in Europe and the Far East. Hassanein previously was director of Warner Bros. Theaters (UK) Ltd. Warner Bros. Inc. is based in Burbank.
