Charleston’s ‘Blue Flu’ Ending

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Police and firefighters agreed today to end their day-and-a-half bout of “blue flu” and return to work after city officials promised to set up a committee to discuss their complaints over a 2% raise in pay, a police representative said.
