Robert J. Brennan has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer at AIFS Inc., an international educational services company based in San Francisco. Brennan also was named vice chairman and chief operating officer of American Institute for Foreign Study, AIFS’ wholly owned subsidiary. The appointment is effective May 1. Brennan currently is a senior partner in the Stamford, Conn., office of Arthur Young & Co.
