Sweden’s Board of Agriculture this week refused to grant an entry visa to Bubbles, Michael Jackson’s pet chimpanzee. The board said that, due to quarantine regulations, it had turned down a request by the pop star to bring the chimpanzee along during his concert tour there in June.
