RB Industries agreed to pay $250,000 in connection with a class action suit filed against a company that was once partially owned by RB. The suit alleges that the previous management of Cousins Home Furnishings--37.5% of which was once owned by Los Angeles-based RB Industries--failed to notify shareholders of serious financial problems. Cousins shareholders involved in the suit will receive a total of $13.3 million. RB says it no longer has a stake in Cousins.
