Jayne Hayes has been appointed vice president and manager of the Laguna Hills branch of American Savings & Loan Assn., succeeding Barbara Cameron, who has become manager of the Tustin branch. Hayes joined the American Savings Tustin branch nine years ago and has been operations supervisor, head teller and manager.
