David J. Ruggles has been named senior vice president-finance and chief finance officer of Rohr Industries, effective March 28. Ruggles, 51, replaces Paul E. Brunton, who retired at the end of 1987. Most recently, Ruggles has taken several consulting assignments involving acquisitions and new business ventures. Rohr, an aerospace supplier, has headquarters in Chula Vista.
