Forward Kiki Vandeweghe was returned to the Trail Blazers’ injured list because of recurring back problems. Vandeweghe, who has played in 10 of 14 games since coming off the list Feb. 2, has missed the last two games. He will be eligible to play again March 13, when the Trail Blazers face the Clippers.
