Harvest Christian High School has volunteered to be dropped immediately from Southern Section membership for using ineligible students, said Scott Cathcart, a section spokesperson.
Cathcart said the school admitted using a 20-year-old player in basketball and eight-man football games and a 19-year-old in a basketball game this season.
Harvest Christian, located in Garden Grove, was in only its second year of participation in the section and was not a member of a league.
