New Zealand Subsidiary Buys Building

Commercial Securities (USA), Portland, Ore., a subsidiary of a New Zealand firm has purchased the 102,000-square-foot Compact Video Center building, 2901 Alameda Ave., Burbank, for more than $20 million.
The parent company, Commercial Securities Ltd., is a publicly held real estate development and management firm with property in New Zealand, Australia, Honolulu, San Francisco, Portland and Los Angeles.
Brentwood Investments, Los Angeles, negotiated the sale.
