Traveling Back 50 Years

Regarding Bruce Keppel’s story, “Opening the Door to a Wisconsin Winter” (Dec. 13), I would like to say that if there ever was a place for winter sports, Door County was it. Fifty-one years ago I lived in Waupuh, Wis., in the central part of the state, and I worked for the Wisconsin State Recreation Dept. Thanks for taking me back half a century.
