Muslim kidnapers holding three Americans and an Indian-born hostage in Lebanon said their release has been delayed by the Israeli roundup of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. A statement from the Islamic Jihad for the Liberation of Palestine was accompanied by a photo of hostage Alann Steen, 48, of Boston, who was abducted from the Beirut University College campus with three other teachers on Jan. 24, 1987.
