An Ostrich Attitude?

It seems like the Ostrich Attitude is growing in the Valley.
First, it seems if they ban light rail, traffic congestion will just disappear, and now, if we can get rid of the high school health clinics, teen-age pregnancy and its associated problems will go, too.
