A new Santa Ana mortgage banking firm called Coastal Funding Corp. has set up offices in the Hutton Centre. With 25 employees, the company plans to concentrate on making mortgages for single-family homes, said Dan A. Delgleize, CFC’s president.
The company was formed by Delgleize, 39, Karen M. Hayes, 39, and Bertram E. Thurnher, 54. Delgleize had been president of Mission Hills Mortgage in Santa Ana, and Hayes had been vice president and chief financial officer of Mission Hills. Thurnher was a Security Pacific National Bank vice president.
CFC also has a branch in San Diego.
