In its first expansion, Mariners Bank in San Clemente plans to open a new branch Feb. 1 in San Juan Capistrano, just down the street from where it has had a loan production office for the last 14 months.
The branch, at 32221 Camino Capistrano, will be managed by Betty King, who heads the loan production office.
The bank, which ended the year with $41.2 million in assets, lends primarily to construction companies, small businesses and professional groups.
