KW Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Japan’s Kirin Brewery Co. Ltd., has paid $46.5 million for the 75% of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Northern New England Inc. that it did not already own. Kirin Brewery acquired a 25% stake in the bottling company in January, 1987, so Coca-Cola of Northern New England will now become a wholly owned subsidiary of KW Inc.
