Local News in Brief : Costa Mesa : Chiropractic Center Sponsors Food Drive

Pacific Chiropractic Center is sponsoring a food drive for the poor at both its Costa Mesa and Orange locations, center officials said.
At both offices, people can get a free examination in exchange for two or more cans of food offered to the food drive. Similar food drives will be held every third month, chiropractic center officials said.
The food drive at the Pacific Chiropractic Center in Costa Mesa, 2360 Newport Blvd., Suite D, will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
The following Saturday, the food drive will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Pacific Chiropractic Center in Orange, at 108 W. Katella Ave., Suite I.
Food collected in the drives will go to the Food Distribution Center of Orange County for disbursement to the needy, center officials said.
