Mark S. Siegel and R. Rudolph Reinfrank have been named executive vice presidents of Shamrock Holdings Inc. Robert G. Moskowitz has been named senior vice president and general counsel. Siegel previously was a partner in the law firm of Gang, Tyre, Ramer & Brown Inc. Reinfrank previously was Shamrock’s vice president-corporate development, and Moskowitz was vice president-legal affairs. Shamrock, based in Burbank, has interests in television and radio stations, energy, real estate and ranching.
