Elks Lodge Plans Golf Tournament for Major Charity
Mission Viejo-Saddleback Valley Elks Lodge will hold its first annual “Charity Golf Tournament†at 11 a.m. Jan. 11 at the Mission Viejo Country Club. All proceeds from the tournament will go to the California-Hawaii Elks major charity, which is aiding youngsters afflicted by Muscular Dystrophy.
The cost, which includes entry fee, cart and dinner, is $125 per person. Prizes include a new Toyota sedan and $10,000 for the first hole in one, trips to Hawaii and Las Vegas, cash for the longest drive and closest to the pin. Trophies will be given to winners in men’s and women’s divisions.
