Allen Klein has been elected to the newly created position of corporate vice president-operations and administration of Brajdas Corp., Beverly Hills. Klein continues as chief financial officer for the corporation. Edward F. Kramer has been named to the newly created position of corporate vice president-sales and marketing. Kramer continues as president of Cypress Electronics, Brajdas’ principal division, which is based in Santa Clara.
