Local News in Brief : Laguna Hills : Chamber Forms Groups on Tourism, Health Care
The Saddleback Regional Chamber of Commerce has formed new tourism and health care groups “to better serve the community,†chamber officials said.
The membership of the new Saddleback Regional Council on Tourism will include hotel and motel owners and managers who work along the San Diego Freeway from Irvine to San Juan Capistrano. Winn Herrschaft, resident manager of La Quinta Motor Inn in Irvine, chairs the new group.
The new Health Care Services Committee will be made up of people who work in the medical-hospital industry. Janet Harmon of Capistrano by the Sea Hospital is the chairwoman.
