Software Publishing Corp. has announced a series of management changes. Janelle Bedke, president, resigned to pursue personal interests, but will remain a member of the board. Fred M. Gibbons, company founder and current chairman, was elected president and chief executive. Jack Melchor, a private investor and member of the board, was elected chairman. Software Publishing Corp., based in Mountain View, supplies business productivity software for IBM and compatible personal systems and computers.
