Long Beach : Harbor Bank Building Sold
The six-story Harbor Bank Building in Long Beach has been sold for $21 million to a foreign investment group, according to officials of Bank of America Investment Real Estate Group.
The investment group refused to name the buyers nor their nationality in the purchase of the 3-year-old building at 11 Golden Shore Blvd. The property is being sold by Golden Shore Professional Building, a general partnership, which built the ocean-view building.
“We think it’s an excellent property,†said William Reiss, vice president and national director of acquisitions. “It’s laid out well, has good tenancies and has been substantially leased since development.
