Carter, Reagan Roads Go Their Separate Ways

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — The Republican commissioners of Gwinnett County, which has a Jimmy Carter Boulevard, have decided to name a proposed highway the “Ronald Reagan Parkway.” Commission Chairman Lillian Webb noted that the roads would not intersect in the county. “The twain shall never meet,” she said.
