PDA Engineering of Costa Mesa said its Patran subsidiary has agreed to acquire certain assets of Numerics, a Michigan-based company. PDA said Numerics’ co-founders, Michael D. Mathers and Abdur Razzaque, will be employed by Patran, where they will be responsible for development of new software products.
