Signal America Inc., Long Beach, has named John Hulina president and chief operating officer. Mitchell Banda, founder of the direct mail marketing company, will remain chairman and CEO. Hulina was also elected to the board along with William DuFour, corporate vice president and chief financial officer. Hulina was president of ADP western division before joining Signal America.
