A.J.H. of Sherman Oaks to Sell Dishes to Airline
A.J.H. Corp. in Sherman Oaks said it has signed a two-year contract to supply stoneware to American Airlines. The contract calls for A.J.H. to supply the airline with porcelain cups, saucers, bowls and plates from March, 1988, through February, 1990. Revenue from the contract should reach $3.6 million, the company reported.
The company had a one-year contract with American Airlines that expires next February. It provided A.J.H. with approximately $1 million a year in sales.
A.J.H. was acquired by First Colonial Ventures Ltd. in September. First Colonial is a publicly traded holding company in Sherman Oaks with 12 employees and more than $8 million in sales.
