Carpeteria to Headquarter in Valencia Building

Carpeteria, the Hollywood-based retail carpeting chain, has acquired Valencia Gateway Plaza at 28159 Avenue Stanford in Valencia from Katell Properties Inc. of Los Angeles and Cal Fed Income Properties and is relocating its headquarters to that location.
The 79,000-square-foot industrial/R&D; building was purchased in a transaction valued at $4.5 million, with Coldwell Banker of Sherman Oaks representing the seller and Cushman & Wakefield of Woodland Hills representing the buyer.
The new Valencia facility was designed by Barasch Architects and built by Keller Construction.
