The Rambo Report: Easy Come, Easy Go
Sly Stallone’s “Rambo III,” now filming in Israel, might yet make the Guinness Book of Records for comings and goings: Last week, at the Eilat location, two film editors and two sound men were “replaced.” And producer Buzz Feitshans has not been appearing with regularity on the set--he’s been “banned” from the set by Stallone. This according to a crew member who revealed, “Stallone’s taken over. He’s running the show now.”
The “replacements” follow in the footsteps of one director, two directors of photography, one camera crew of four, a first assistant director, one second-unit director, about 20 members of the second unit plus members of the production office and Israeli crew members (to be replaced by Brits).
