USC’s London Beats Larking, Tullberg

Stephanie London, a freshman from USC, eliminated two players from San Diego in the Rolex-ITCA Southern California Collegiate tennis tournament Saturday at UC Irvine.

London advanced to today’s 10 a.m. final by defeating Jen Larking of the University of San Diego, 6-3, 6-0, in the semifinals and Julie Tullberg of San Diego State, 7-6, 6-7, 6-1, in the quarterfinals. Larking beat Jennifer Rojohn of Arizona State, 6-4, 6-1, in the quarterfinals.
