Kudos to The Times for publishing Kussman’s article.
Perhaps out of kindness, Kussman omitted to note that the governor who signed MICRA admitted repeatedly that, “I did it (signed MICRA) just to get the doctors off my back.”
As Kussman suggests, an initiative is the only chance to undo the tyranny of the California Medical Assn.
