If the “Saturday Night†folks get to Moscow, however, they’ll have the TV critics at the Communist Party newspaper Pravda to deal with. An article in Thursday’s editions criticized both the Soviet and American government officials who participated in “Capital to Capital,†a three-part, satellite-linked television discussion program. Part I of the program was aired in the United States last month by ABC. Pravda said the two sides had “listened to, but not heard†each other’s arguments during the exchange. “While the American congressmen poured out facts and figures, some of our deputies on the other hand often resorted to generalities and hypothesis,†Pravda declared.
