Cosmonaut Sets Space Record

MOSCOW — Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Romanenko on board the orbiting Mir space station today broke the space endurance record of 237 days set in 1984 by three cosmonauts in the now abandoned Salyut 7 space station, Radio Moscow said.
