John J. Hagedorn was named chief financial officer for Data I-O Corp., Redmond, Wash. Hagedorn replaces Edgar F. Rampy, who joined Carver Corp. as chief operating officer. Hagedorn previously was director of finance and administration for Intel Corp., Europe.
