Work Under Way on Office Building in Long Beach
Construction has begun on the $13-million Airport One, a 90,000-square-foot office building at 4403 Donald Douglas Drive, Long Beach.
The three-story building adjacent to the Long Beach Airport Terminal is expected to be completed next May.
Airport One is being developed by Kendrick Enterprise and built by Oltmans Construction Co. Architect is Hill Pinckert Architects Inc.
